Cibo by Illiano, in Short Hills, Cherry Hill, is on the brink of becoming something big. This authentic Italian restaurant is full of dishes that will keep your mouth watering.

The restaurant is known for three main dishes. First off, they have their famous Cibo Chopped Salad. This is spring mix tossed with sweet apples, prosciutto, grapes, provolone, and fresh herbs tossed in an olive oil dressing. Next is the Chicken Monterossa which is spinach and sundried tomatoes, topped with mozzarella cheese and a pink brandy cream sauce over a choice of pasta. Another fan favorite is their Gnocchi Del Nonno. This is the potato pasta with chopped prosciutto, fresh tomato, meat ragu and truffle oil glaze. These dishes are ones that you do not want to miss!
